We DO NOT coach effort.
We applaud mistakes.
Attack every rep and every challenge.

Workouts always start on time.
Be stretching and warming up at least ten minutes prior to the start time.
If you are running late let our staff know in advance.

We make personalized player development plans tailored to the player's growth.

-Google sheets tracking the progress of players’ growth
Group Training
60 min Session/ Limited to 9 players
Players will go through consistent skill workouts to develop their fundamentals. The group will compete against live defenders in situational small-sided games.
